Our Refund Policy

To book our cabins, guests must make 100% of the payment. 

In case of a show, the amount will not be refunded.

Children under ten years are not allowed. 

Pets are not allowed in the cabin.

Cancellation: Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in (Time shown in the confirmation email). After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee, but not the service fee. 

THE FINE PRINT: 

• Guests are required to pay any outstanding balances upon check out. 

• Government issues Photo ID is required to check-in.

• The rooms are all strictly non-smoking.
